I have a list of over 50 blogposts I have ideas to write about, and a lot of stuff I want to do on this website, but I naturally can’t/won’t do all of them. I’ve created this page to give insight into what I may work on, and what I’m currently working on. Who knows what the future holds? Not even V did, and Lester definitely didn’t.
Please note: This isn’t my actual todo list. My actual todo list is 854 items at the time of writing this, and is segregated into sublists “Maybe Later”, “Definitely Later”, “Recurring” (for credit card payments, mobile recharges etc) etc.
Currently Working on:
- Searching for a new job.
- Anchor Links and Table of Contents so I can reference research papers & community studies in my blogposts[1]
- Blogpost “Abstraction Part 1 – What to do after learning a programming language”.
- [1] Fedorenko E, Varley R. Language and thought are not the same thing: evidence from neuroimaging and neurological patients. Ann N Y Acad Sci. 2016 Apr;1369(1):132-53. doi: 10.1111/nyas.13046. - It will be Part 1 of a multi-post blogpost series in which I’ll be covering Abstraction – first from a tech and programming point of view, and then expanding to business (How REST API structure should just be a representation of business and how tech, department, and processes are just an enabler for business, and how businesses (and governments) are just an enabler for humanity to progress), and how human languages and Maths are just an abstraction and enablers as well. I recently used the last one to teach my 14 year old nephew programming – by linking English/French languages and Maths to Java, and drawing parallels there and helping him learn by association.
